Working in a small team, this role is responsible for supporting the effective operation of IT systems across our various sites.

The main responsibilities of the role will include:

• The support of computer systems in office environment, in addition to systems specific to Warehousing, Transport & Logistics.
• Providing support for a variety of user equipment: workstations, tablets/mobile devices (both Android & iOS), endpoint peripherals such as printer, problem identification & resolution.
• Assisting in new site installs and moves as required, including travel to depots and various offices in addition to the Head Office.
